Yoga nidra is a meditative practice that can create a sense of deep relaxation, enhance awareness, and help to uncover and release habitual patterns of mind. With roots in the tantric tradition, “sleep yoga” involves lying in a comfortable position while listening to gentle instructions that guide awareness and lead the practitioner through a sequenced visualization.

During class, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
