The Gyrotonic Method is a series of movements that address the entire person. The exercises and machine are completely adaptive to any body, at any level of fitness. The method is used to aid in rehabilitation, compliment other fitness regimes and sports, or on its own as a complete exercise practice.
Build Strength, Gain Flexibility and Find your flow...
Lisa started practicing the Gyrotonic Method in 2006 as a way to recover from a back injury. With a background in competitive swimming, she was naturally drawn to the system's fluidity. The multi-dimensional movements aided in recovery and introduced a much healthier and happier lifestyle.
In 2012, Lisa began her training with Tony Morales in NYC, continued her certification with Master Trainer, Billy Macagnone and received her final certification in Munstertal, Germany with Master Trainer, Leda Franklin. She has received certifications for Musical Journey, Applications for the High Level Athlete, Shoulder Girdle Application, and Psoas Principles.
Lisa specializes in injury rehabilitation.
Nagare was established in 2013 and is a private studio that offers personalized, one on one training.
